i have a full-time job, support from my family and friends, funds to compete, and free time to dedicate, so here goes nothing. in the 3 weeks and 5 days she and i have been working together, i have cut from 152 to 141.5. i also dropped from a size 4/6 petite to a size 2/4 petite. in the next 6 weeks, i’m hoping to cut another 10ish pounds and then start the building phase for my show! i find myself to be in a much better mood and i’m a lot less tired all the time. my table ordered burgers and two milkshakes, the sweet & salty, with pretzels and m&ms inside, and the birthday cake, with a huge slice of funfetti cake on top. i’ll admit, i had a very small bite of the funfetti cake…like microscopically sized, but found it to be way too sweet.

my breakfasts during the week have been pretty bland and quick. monday and friday are my rest days, but i try to do something active, like walk home from the train station (close to two miles). those workouts are at 12 pm, so i get to sleep in a bit. #2, it allows me to start my day on a high note and when i get home from work at 6:45 pm, my day is done. add in the 20 minutes of cardio i do before or after, and we’re looking at 1.5–2 hours a workout. i start working with ultra physiques (my training and posing coach) on thursday, so i’m excited to get my butt kicked for the next 17 weeks. i even got my clear heels in the mail already!
