i have a full-time job, support from my family and friends, funds to compete, and free time to dedicate, so here goes nothing. in the 3 weeks and 5 days she and i have been working together, i have cut from 152 to 141.5. i also dropped from a size 4/6 petite to a size 2/4 petite. in the next 6 weeks, iâm hoping to cut another 10ish pounds and then start the building phase for my show! i find myself to be in a much better mood and iâm a lot less tired all the time. my table ordered burgers and two milkshakes, the sweet & salty, with pretzels and m&ms inside, and the birthday cake, with a huge slice of funfetti cake on top. iâll admit, i had a very small bite of the funfetti cakeâ¦like microscopically sized, but found it to be way too sweet.
my breakfasts during the week have been pretty bland and quick. monday and friday are my rest days, but i try to do something active, like walk home from the train station (close to two miles). those workouts are at 12 pm, so i get to sleep in a bit. #2, it allows me to start my day on a high note and when i get home from work at 6:45 pm, my day is done. add in the 20 minutes of cardio i do before or after, and weâre looking at 1.5â2 hours a workout. i start working with ultra physiques (my training and posing coach) on thursday, so iâm excited to get my butt kicked for the next 17 weeks. i even got my clear heels in the mail already!
