how hard is the cpat

well, i am sure it varies state to state….but i’ll tell you this much; you don’t want the physical test/academy to be the beginning of your fitness regimen. depends on the department requirements and your current physical state. in ca they have you take the biddle (easier) and the cpat. there’s always room for improvement and you don’t just want to have a passing test time, you’ll want to do good! i’ve seen plenty of people fail it…plenty. start training early, eating healthy and you’ll be fine. you can’t just be a marathon runner, you can’t just be a bodybuilder. you have to work on everything equally.
